Open-cell HR foam engineered for vacuum compression. Recovers 95%+ original loft after a 10:1 compression cycle.
Core
High-Density Foam
CertiPUR-compliant 35+ kg/m³ density. 50,000-cycle rebound tested. Suitable for daily-use seating with 7-year warranty.
Premium
Silk Wool Blend
Soft-handle wool fabric with natural fibre direction. Anti-pill, hypoallergenic, suited to hospitality and premium retail SKUs.

Corduroy

CertiPUR HD foam, density 35+ kg/m³. 7-day rest curing before assembly.
Sewing
Industrial overlock + double-needle. 100K Wyzenbeek tested upholstery fabric.
Assembly
60 units / operator / day. Hand-finished QC inspection at each station.
Compress
95% air evacuation. Double-wall carton + edge protectors for ocean freight.
Ship
Container dock photo-doc per unit. SGS PSI inspection on request.
