Six Integrated Lines.
Frame Workshop
Kiln-dried solid pine and birch plywood. CNC cutting, automated drilling, dowel-and-glue jigging. 12% moisture cap.
Foam Workshop
CertiPUR-compliant HD foam blocks, CNC contour cutting, lamination, 7-day rest curing before stuffing.
Cover Sewing
Industrial overlock + double-needle topstitch. 100,000 Wyzenbeek double-rub fabric grade. Pull-tested seams.
Final Assembly
Hand-finishing, fitment QC, foot installation, label sewing. 8-hour line balance, 60 units/operator/day.
Vacuum Compression
Industrial vacuum chambers, 95% air evacuation, double-wall carton packing line, edge protectors.
Shipping & Loading
Container dock with photo documentation per unit. SGS-accessible for on-site PSI.
