01 Raw material spec — foam density, fabric Wyzenbeek count, frame moisture < 12%

02 Frame jigging — diagonal squareness within 2 mm tolerance

03 Foam pre-curing — minimum 7-day rest before stuffing

04 Cover-stitch tension — pull-test on every seam, 60 N hold for 10s

05 Mid-line in-process — 1 in 10 units pulled for full inspection

06 Pre-compression structural — frame load test 200 kg distributed

07 Vacuum-seal gauge — 95% air evacuated, ±2% tolerance

08 Carton drop test — 1 in 200 boxes from 1 m onto concrete

09 Box dimension QC — within ±5 mm, ±0.5 kg of spec

10 Random unbox + rebound — 1 in 200, photo + 24h rebound measure

11 Pre-shipment full unit — 100% visual + functional check

12 Container loading photo doc — 4 angles + serial verification per pallet
