Quality
Agree the checks that matter for your order.
A quality review is useful when both sides agree what to measure and what counts as acceptable for the selected model. Tie the sample, drawing, packing method and inspection record to the same version of the order specification.
During production
Ask which checkpoints cover the frame, foam, upholstery and assembly. Agree how defects are recorded, corrected and rechecked, and whether an independent inspector will attend.
Before dispatch
Compare finished goods and cartons with the approved sample and purchase order. Check appearance, labels, outer carton dimensions and gross weight; request the agreed inspection record before shipment.
