Define acceptance points
Agree what to evaluate before dispatch: assembled size, materials, comfort, upholstery finish, packaging and, for compressed items, unpacking and recovery. Set acceptable variation.
Approve before bulk
Photograph and record differences from the brief, request a revised sample if needed, and reference the approved version in the bulk purchase order.
