Why is there a fee if it's refundable?

Sample production cost is real — we absorb our overhead but not labour and materials. The 100% credit back on first PO means you only pay if you don't proceed.

Can I get a free fabric swatch instead?

Yes. Swatch books (12+ fabric samples mounted on board) ship free worldwide. Email support@packablesofa.com with your shipping address.

Do you accept PayPal for sample fees?

PayPal up to $500 for first samples. Above that, T/T to our Hangzhou USD account. New buyers can use Stripe via a one-time invoice link on request.

Can I visit the factory instead of ordering a sample?

Absolutely. Hangzhou-Haining is 90 min from Hangzhou Xiaoshan airport (HGH). We arrange driver + accommodation help on confirmation.

What if the sample arrives damaged?

Photograph the carton on arrival, then unbox on video. We re-ship replacement at our cost — no further fees, no debate.
