2. Review options
Separate existing options from new design work. Confirm what needs a revised drawing, physical sample, test or price review.
3. Approve a sample
Compare the sample with the drawing and fabric swatch. Record dimensions, finish, included parts and carton details before approval.
4. Produce and inspect
Use the approved sample as the order reference. Agree inspection points, carton marks, documents and the lead-time start date.
