Most clients arrive with either a complete spec sheet or just a positioning brief. We accommodate both.
OEM — You design, we build
You provide tech pack, materials BOM, and target price. We engineer the packable-compression layer, prototype, and produce to spec. Best when you have an established design team.
ODM — We design from your brief
You give us positioning, target customer, and price point. Our in-house designers concept 3–5 options. You pick, we prototype. Best when you're a brand-only buyer.

Brief
Day 1–3
You share design intent, target market, MOQ, and target price. We confirm feasibility within 48 hours and provide indicative pricing.

Design
Day 4–10
In-house CAD modeling. 2D engineering drawings, materials BOM, and packable compression analysis. Two design revision rounds included.

3D Render
Day 11–14
Photorealistic 3D renderings in your selected fabric, leather, or finish. You approve visually before any physical sampling.

Sample
Day 15–35
Physical sample produced and shipped via DHL Express. We can also do a live Zoom QC walkthrough on the sample if you cannot visit.

Mass Production
Day 36–60
Bulk PO confirmed. Production schedule shared weekly. FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, packed packable in 40HQ-optimized cartons with edge protectors.
